Through rehabilitation, job training, financial literacy, and real estate education, we provide the support needed to foster lasting change. Our comprehensive approach includes housing stability, mental health resources, and workforce development.

We are also dedicated to giving back by developing and rehabbing homes for the unhoused and contributing to community revitalization efforts. By working closely with the most at-risk individuals, we aim to reduce crime and violence, creating safer, stronger, and more resilient communities for all.
Transformative Change
The Black Estate Foundation for Success is dedicated to breaking down systemic barriers and reducing recidivism by providing comprehensive support services and creating opportunities for Black and Brown individuals re-entering the community. Real Estate Education
We provide comprehensive foundational training in real estate to equip individuals with the knowledge needed to pursue entrepreneurship, build careers, make informed investments, and achieve successful homeownership.
Economic Mobility
We offer paid internships and on-the-job training programs in residential real estate contracting, community revitalization, commercial construction, and trades. Additionally, we provide preparation for pre-apprenticeship, certification programs, and Job matching, along with entrepreneurial training designed to enhance economic opportunities, promote financial stability, support growth, and foster generational wealth-building.
Workforce Development
Workforce training programs aimed at providing underserved, marginalized, and underrepresented individuals with the critical skills needed to gain meaningful employment.

We provide comprehensive wraparound services, including support from a licensed, certified mental health therapist available for both group and one-on-one sessions. Additionally, we collaborate with local, culturally specific drug rehabilitation programs to help individuals overcome chemical dependencies and eliminate barriers to success. Our partnerships with other nonprofits also offer access to resources such as health insurance, SNAP benefits, and cell phones to help you stay connected.
